Your body goes through immense structural and hormonal changes during pregnancy and childbirth. It is entirely normal to experience back pain, pelvic girdle pain, or leaking. However, normal doesn't mean you have to put up with it.

If you want to stay active but feel hesitant about what is safe, we can help. We assess your core and pelvic floor, providing you with safe movement strategies, hands-on therapy for aches and pains, and clinical Pilates to keep you strong.
At six weeks postpartum, we highly recommend a thorough pelvic health check. We use real-time ultrasound and/or internal vaginal exam to assess your pelvic floor healing and check for Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)

To help you rebuild core strength safely, your tailored plan may include Clinical Pilates in our onsite studio, or targeted sessions on the PelviPower chair.
