With one on one sessions, you’ll get a completely personalised programme led by a specially trained physio/pilates instructor. This will encorpoartes equipment and floor based work.

Pilates is a regimen of exercise focusing on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Clinical Pilates harnesses physios’ understanding of body mechanics to tailor exercises to your needs.
In particular, Pilates classes teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

All classes (max 8 people) are taken by a physio and pilates trained instructor with hands on correction as needed. Our small classes allow us to walk around and correct your movements as needed.
We strongly recommend a 1:1 session (30-45 mins) with one of our instructors before you join any of our casual classes, thus ensuring we are aware of any particular issues you may have and provide you with pilates basics, so that you get the optimum from your classes.

Your treatment begins with a private, empathetic 1-hour assessment. We use real-time ultrasound to see exactly how your muscles are functioning and create a tailored plan for you, which might also include Clinical Pilates or manual therapy. You will also get a 5-minute trial on the PelviPower chair.
If we decide the chair is the best path forward, you will complete a course of 12 x 30-minute sessions. Your physiotherapist will closely monitor your progress with check-ins at your 2nd, 5th, and 8th sessions, ensuring you get the best possible outcome.
